5:20-5:30 meet up at the location
5:30-5:50 lesson on the land
5:50-7:30 Time to start our SUP trip. Here we go!

The best sunrise/sunset time will change with the season. Please confirm with us before your trip. Thank you.
✨notice:
Please bring your own water, and beverages
Please wear light clothes or swimwear and prepare a set of dry clothes to change into after completing your trip.
Please wear daily disposable contact lens if you are nearsighted
Please bring your own shampoo, shower gel, facial cleanser, and towels for showering and changing clothes. (Believe me! You won’t like to drop into the water in the cold morning.)

Participants should be aged 5-75 to be able to join our trip
A minimum of 4 participants is required to run this activity
For your own safety, please do not join this activity if you are diagnosed with asthma or other illnesses. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
If you are unable to understand and speak basic Chinese, please select the option with English/Japanese instructor in the package when booking (with an additional fee TWD500 per a group)

• Please arrive at the meetup location on time
• Time: 5:30am/9:00am/1:00pm

✨How To Get There:
• Take a taxi or drive on your own to Sun Moon Lake
• Take the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle's Sun Moon Lake Route from Taichung to Sun Moon Lake
✨Refund instructions:
・According to Announcement of Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration, in case of adverse weather conditions (strong wind, a dense fog, heavy rain…etc.), all activities are stopped and the pier is closed. the session may be canceled. In which case we can reschedule or refund the fees with a deduction of $100 insurance cost. (The groups have already set out are NOT applicable.)
・Reschedule and replace the members are free, but please notify us 7 days before.
・A 95% refund is available to any cancellation more than 14 days (the day of the event is not included) in advance of the day of the event.
・A 85% refund is available to any cancellation more than 7 days (the day of the event is not included) in advance of the day of the event.
・Cancellations made 7 days or less in advance of the day of the event will NOT be refundable.
